Overview:
A high-end builder focusing on a mix of building and interiors and antiques from around the world.

Challenge:
Create print marketing material for an exquisite multi-million dollar villa in San Marco, Jacksonville, Florida.

Solution:
A high-end trifold with custom die cut edges matching the Tuscan door-knocker in the shape of a lion.  All prints and inserts on heavy stock with color and stylings matching the villa and its grounds.
